E commerce giant Amazon.in has pioneered an initiative to further enhance the convenience of shopping anytime, anywhere for its customers by offering free Wi-Fi service at select bus shelters in Pune.

PUNE: E commerce giant Amazon.in has pioneered an initiative to further enhance the convenience of shopping anytime, anywhere for its customers by offering free Wi-Fi service at select bus shelters in Pune.
Amazon.in said In line with its commitment to raise the bar for online shopping experience in India, it has converted select bus shelters in Pune into free Wi-Fi zones.

The Amazon.in free Wi-Fi hotpots will be available at 4 locations in Pune - East Street Road, M.G.Road, Bund Garden Road and JM Road.
For on-the-go and high speed online shopping, customers can download the Amazon mobile app and shop for their favourite products. Customers who haven’t tried their hand at online shopping so far need not fret as there will be an Amazon representative at each of the Wi-Fi locations and will help customers to login, register and shop for the first time on Amazon.in. The initiative will continue till August 2, 2015 the company said.
Amazon.in said the internet access is unlimited and is not restricted to any particular activity. Amazon.in welcomes all Punekars to experience the free Wi-Fi zone.
